Pricing

Prices subject to change without prior notice

Payment methods: We accept Personal check, or money order, No COD.  Payment must be cleared thru our bank before your item is shipped to you.  Normally within 7 working days.

You may send your quilt without payment and we will e-mail or mail you an invoice with the charges itemized.  You will need to mail a personal check or money order before the quilt is shipped back to you.

Payment must be cleared before your quilt is shipped back to you.

Any unused materials sent by you will be returned with the finished quilt.

We charge a cent and a half per square inch for the quilting. 

We collect sales tax where applicable, at the current rate of 8.75%.

Examples:

A standard Crib is 45" x 60" and would cost $40.50 to quilt.

A standard Twin is 68" x 90" and would cost $91.80 to quilt.

A standard Full is 80" x 90" and would cost $108.00 to quilt.

A standard Queen is 92" x 108" and would cost $149.04 to quilt.

Since all quilts do not conform to standard sizes we charge by the square inch.

Other pricing is as follows:

Borders

  1. You Provide, we attach, $5.00 per side.

  2. We purchase*, and attach, $10.00 per side plus cost of material.

Binding (Double fold quilt binding only)

  1. You Provide ready made binding, we attach, $5.00 per side (mitered corners).

  2. We purchase* ready made binding, we attach, $8.00 per side (mitered corners) plus cost of material.

  3. We make from your material, $10.00 per side (mitered corners).

  4. We purchase* and make from material, $12.00 per side (mitered corners) plus cost of material.

Backing:

  1. You provide "prepared" (sewn together and sized), no charge, (needs to be 4 inches larger than quilt top on all sides).

  2. We purchase*, $10.00 plus cost of material. (We will prepare the backing).

Batting

  1. You provide "prepared", no charge, (needs to be 4 inches larger than quilt top on all sides).
  2. We purchase*, $10.00 plus cost. (We will prepare the batting).

Note: We have "Hobbs Heirloom" 96 inch wide available for $5.00 per yard, or 120 inch x 120 inch for $18.35 per package. (Plus tax.)

Preparation work such as:

  1. squaring
  2. Repair work
  3. Pressing/ironing
  4. cutting threads

    Will  be billed at $12.50 per hour

Notes:

  1. We use only "Hobbs" for batting, anything else you provide. Or we will work out something with you.
  2. *  When you request we purchase items for your project, you must be willing to trust our judgment and taste in making the choices.
  3. If a quilt is not paid for in 90 days after you are notified of completion we reserve the right to sell the quilt to recover our cost. We will attempt to notify you in writing prior to taking this action.
  4. Maximum quilt width that we can quilt is 103 inches, as that is all our machine will accommodate.
